Commit https://github.com/SSSD/sssd/commit/cd4590de2a84b8143a6c75b5198f5e1b3c0a6d63 introduces troubles with known_hosts file. Reverting this commit, solves the issue.
Simple fix would be to revert to the original behavior for the ssh keys. But we should check why it stop working.
