It would be useful to add commands to sssctl that would allow inspection of memcaches (the binary format is not human readable) as well as basic diagnostic capabilities such as what percentage of memcache is used/free.

I have closed this PR: https://github.com/SSSD/sssd/pull/390
It added an option to configure memcache size. It would be good to include the patch from that PR to the PR that solves this issue.
