#3499 Change the ldap_user_certificate to userCertificate;binary for the generic LDAP provider as well

At the moment, only the IPA and AD providers default to userCertificate;binary for the ldap_user_certificate option. It makes sense to default to that value also for the generic LDAP provider to support deployments that use a pure LDAP server.
