Both FAST and ticket validation can be used to verify that the KDC sending the replies is a valid one.
Ticket validation is additional used to extract the PAC from the validation ticket.
To avoid useless roundtrips the default of the different providers should be checked if only FAST or ticket validation is enabled depending if the PAC is needed or not.
