#3327 expect sss_ssh_authorizedkeys and sss_ssh_knownhostsproxy manuals to be packaged into sssd-common package

Description of problem:

If we see sss_ssh_knownhostsproxy & sss_ssh_authorizedkeys commands has been
provided by the sssd-common package but the manuals are not provided by
sssd-common instead they are supplied with sssd-tools
