Commits 5383218 and afadeb1 introduced an optin domain_scope into several sysdb functions that search the database by UPN. In most of the code, the option which can limit the scope of the searches to the single searched domain (as opposed to a global cache search which the code was doing before) is false except for cache_req where it was needed to fix a bug. This ticket track reviewing of the other occurences of the calls. Hopefully we should be able to test them all, convert to true and eventually drop this band-aid.
