Because of Bug 1215208, CI cannot use DNF.
As a workaround for distros using DNF the yum package needs to be installed and the /usr/bin/yum file needs to be modified to invoke /usr/bin/yum-deprecated instead of /usr/bin/dnf.

Once the DNF bug is fixed in all relevant distros, contrib/ci/distro.sh file should be edited to switch to DNF.

There is also another bug in dnf(or another package in rawhide) which prevents us using dnf with mock.
