The CI fedora_rawhide host/build is disabled due to a build breakage caused by a Samba bug:

The host/build should be re-enabled once a fix for that bug gets into Fedora Rawhide.
The bugfix made it into Fedora Rawhide and builds on it are re-enabled now.
