See http://sssd-ci.duckdns.org/logs/job/4/83/debian_testing/ci-build-debug/test_be_ptask.log

From the log:

[       OK ] test_be_ptask_reschedule_timeout
[ RUN      ] test_be_ptask_reschedule_backoff
now + PERIOD <= ptask->last_execution
/var/lib/jenkins/workspace/ci/label/debian_testing/src/tests/cmocka/test_be_ptask.c:746: error: Failure!
[  FAILED  ] test_be_ptask_reschedule_backoff

I would say it is related to change of value DELAY.
The current value "1" causes failures in some cases.
If I change the value to "2" then problem will disappear.

I would say it is just hiding the problem but I didn't do deep analysis.
