SSSD should preserve case for user.

1. Who is the customer behind the request?

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
sssd is folding names to all lower case when case_sensitive=false. It should
preserve the case as it is configured.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Folding case on names can lead to applications breaking which expect a certain

4. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional
requirements here)
Add a  new value for case_sensitive option true|false|preserving
