#2203 Write message to syslog about users with duplicated UID

Messages about colliding users UID is written only to the sssd log files.

[sysdb_store_user] (0x0080): A user with the same UID [3092] was removed from the cache

Users with the same UID can cause strange behaviour especially with enabled configure option "enumeration = true"
