#2162 [RFE] warn to syslog if an unresponsive subprocess is terminated

When an unresponsive process is terminated, we can only find out from the debug logs. But in production environments, we often only get the syslog when reviewing a problem initially. It would be nice to know when a process was killed by the monitor just from the syslog.
