#180 add caching for initgroups call

then initgroups call actually does not use the cache but hits the wire every time.
Initially this was done to insure that the group list was always up to date when a process wanted to drop privileges and change to another user. Unfortunately it looks like (at least on fedora) the sudo will call initgroups 5-10 times before it is happy. With a remote backend this solws down the login a lot/
