#15 Segmentation fault performing NSS getpwnam against the LDAP backend
Closed: Fixed None Opened 15 years ago by sgallagh.

Attempting to perform NSS getpwname (getent passwd username@LDAPDOMAIN) results in a segmentation fault in the ldap back-end.

The LDAP backend still does not support NSS queries, we still use the proxy+nss_ldap backend for that atm.
That shouldn't cause a segfault of course, I have sent a patch to the list that will avoid the segfaults.

I have separated auth and identity backend types, so this should not be possible anymore by design.
