#1378 Include the configure-time value of krb5_ccachedir and krb5_ccname_template in the manpage

The sssd-krb5.conf manual page only includes the compiled-in default values of krb5_ccachedir and krb5_ccname_template. However, they can be changed during configure time -- we should make sure the manpages include the correct defaults SSSD was configured with.

Since we don't need to actually translate the values (they're a path, after all), we can just create a text file that we include there. (See option 2 in that link above).

Fixing this proved to be non-trivial due to the way man page translations are handled. Moving back to triage so that we can decide whether to fix later or defer completely.
