Description of problem: on RHEL5 server (IPA client) the sssd_be often segfaults. After the segfault it seems to automatically relaunch, but we can not log in anymore before the sssd service has been restarted. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sssd-1.5.1-49.el5_8.1.x86_64 sssd-client-1.5.1-49.el5_8.1.x86_64 How reproducible: The issue occurs intermittently Steps to Reproduce: N-A Actual results: sssd_be often segfaults when configured as IPA client. Expected results: No segfaults. Additional info: bt looks similar to the one reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=788979 or may be related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=801533
