Add a new functionality to IPA subdomains provider which will retrieve AD-like information about the master domain (i.e. the IPA domain) - SID and flat name. This information will be retrieved only one during the SSSD startup and only in case the information is not in sysdb. This is because the information can't be changed once IPA server is installed, therefore there is no need to refresh it.
