#1278 Inadequate info in man page for "ldap_disable_paging" feature

Description of problem:
The information from man page ("man sssd-ldap") for "ldap_disable_paging"
feature is inadequate. It doesn't provide info on how to disable/enable
"ldap_disable_paging" feature in sssd.conf file. The manpage should be updated
to include "(boolean)" after the option name, and should also mention that the
default for this value is "False".
