#117 COMMON The ELAPI and other parts of the common area should be licensed under LGPL
Closed: Invalid None Opened 14 years ago by dpal.

This means that we need to follow the instructions listed on the GNU site:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
One of the instructions that we miss is that we need to include BOTH COPYING and COPYING.LESSER files.

We should be carrying two files in our build environment and SRPM.

There is no licensing issue here. The root of the sssd git repository has the COPYING file, because the SSSD as a whole is licensed as GPL.

The common directory contains both the COPYING and COPYING.LESSER files because it has a mix of both.
