Summary

While working on #127 I noticed the [Refresh page] button on JShelter's popup looked enabled, but did nothing on click.

At first I thought it was a regression from the stateless migration, but then I realized it was working as expected (being disabled until required) even though its appearance, identical in both disabled and enabled state, suggested otherwise.

Committing the trivial CSS fix (for any disabled button) to the main branch.
