Merge Integration of NoScript Common Library
    
    The project now uses NoScript Commons Library as a submodule, As a
    result, we should get more protection by sharing the code base with
    NoScript (liks CSS resources prefetching as a mitigation against CSS PP0
    https://github.com/Yossioren/pp0) and the code should be more
    maintainable.
    
    We use promise-based WebExtensions APIs.
