Integration tests: Bugfix: Change expected values of longitude and latitude for custom level 4.
    
    Accuracy of tens of kilometers is set for latitude and longitude during creating custom level 4. But expected accuracy is set only to whole kilometers, not tens of kilometers. This is the reason why GPS tests failed.
