    Workaround: Do not display NBS notifactions when accessing 0.0.0.0 and ::
    
    Users complain that they see to much notifications when using JSR and
    DNS based filters. See Github #125 for more details.
    
    Note that this commit should be reverted or fine-tuned when we allow
    turning notifications off.
