Follow up on https://pagure.io/GoSIG/go-sig/issue/64. We should migrate everything in https://pagure.io/group/GoSIG to Forge that's not in Gitlab. The tools and modist repos can probably be migrated and then marked as archived in Forge, since I don't think they are actively maintained.

Perhaps we should consider renaming this tracker to something else when we migrate it. Having forge.fedoraproject.org/go/go-sig is a bit weird. Naming suggestions are welcome.
