https://git.sr.ht/~gotmax23/fedora-scripts/tree/main/item/rebuilds2/rebuild.py can be used. We should do this to make sure packages are built with a non-pre-release version of the Go compiler and to rebuild any failures from before we merged https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/go-rpm-macros/c/7457aecb1bdf08351acf24319b0c1fd8a9c9f75e?branch=rawhide.
