go-sig has 34 members, but some of them have not been active in a while.

As membership gives commit access to a lot of packages, I would like to propose to check if maintainers are active and/or want to continue being member of the SIG.

Fedora does have a Inactive packagers polic policy at, but afaik doesn't apply to SIGs.

The proposal is to email all members to confirm their status. If no response is received, send a follow-up after 15 days. If there is still no response after an additional 15 days, remove the user from the go-sig group.

I just sent an email to all the non-active members (non-active in the last 6 months).

For future references, this was the email thread about the topic in devel.

And this is the horrible script I wrote to gather the user activity.

I'll close the ticket now.

@mikelo2 suggested me to leave this ticket open until we finish with the cleanup, and that makes total sense... I'll remove the meeting tag and leave it open.
