Package godep, archived upstream and is not being used for many years, currently FTBFS and would like to propose to be retired.

It's FTBFS with go-1.22 with last build done in F39 with go-1.21

Upstream archived https://github.com/tools/godep and suggest to use another archived project in https://github.com/tools/godep?tab=readme-ov-file#golang-dep

+1. This was obsoleted by Go modules.
