Write best practices that are benefical to maintaining your Go project in the way that it makes it easily packaged in Fedora(, but no only that). https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/More_Go_packaging#Go_developer_guidance:_making_your_software_third-party-friendly is great starting point.

Is this issue possibly complete via the Go Packaging document?
