this patch enable the automation of the check of file requires being on file outside of /usr/bin, /etc/, etc

I like the idea of this test but I believe here the reviewer as to make sure that there is no aberrant requires to the package (I don't know, for example a xmpp serveur requiring a specific graphic driver).

I am not sure this can be automated
