Can we drop Python 2 compatibility? Do we update in epel7? Are there Python 3 dependencies missing to switch to Python 3 there?

We're missing python3-rpm in EPEL7 mainly. I haven't checked the other deps...

And yeah, I'll probably rebase EPEL7's fedora-review package.

Now that DNF and dnf-plugins-core is in EL7 extras, I can update fedora-review in EPEL7, and I probably should, since there do seem to be people using it there...

EPEL6 is probably done for, though...

I wasn't even able to run rawhide mock on EPEL6.
