Sometimes fedora-create-review does not complete due to bugzilla login failure or
going offline before the koji scratch build completes.
Then one has to go and hunt for the koji scratch url or waste a second scratch build
when resubmitting. It would be nice if fedora-create-review showed the koji output
or at least the koji task url (or at very least koji task number), so that one can just
paste the url into bugzilla.
