I think it's fairly obvious what's wrong here, but just in case...
If you open that website, which seems to be a dutch generator company, they've obviously altered the Fedora logo for their company.
Hopefully this is the right place for this.

Ah, yes, the Turkish energy company. :grinning: @thunderbirdtr helped us triage this in the past. This came up before my time as the Community Architect, but I believe there is not much we can do about this. My non-lawyer understanding of this is that the Fedora trademark is enforced for computing contexts only, particularly in the United States. We asked Red Hat Legal about this before. Since this use case is about energy and not computers, our claim to the trademark in this context is limited. Now, if someone used the Fedora logo to create a Linux operating system and it appeared to be affiliated to Fedora but was not, we would have more means to do something about it. Again, I am not a lawyer and cannot offer a legally acceptable explanation.
I will let @mattdm weigh in since he can either validate or correct my understanding, but I suspect there is not much for us to do here.

Yeah, Justin essentially has it, to my understanding as well. There's little chance of genuine market confusion.
But, we definitely appreciate your vigilance in protecting the Fedora identity!
