Reinstate Alberto Rodriguez Sanchez (@bt0dotninja) as the Fedora Mindshare Representative to the Fedora Council, effective immediately.

Background

This is one of those moments where we remember the craziest peak times of the pandemic and how some things slipped through the cracks in those times. The membership of @bt0dotninja on the Fedora Council is one of those things.

Previously, @bt0dotninja expressed an intention to step back from the role and let someone else step in. However, for a number of reasons, Alberto was never actually off-boarded from the Fedora Council and nobody else ended up taking on the role. So, effectively, @bt0dotninja is a sort-of half Council member, tied into some of our tools and workflows, but not others.

I checked in with Alberto recently and he is interested in resuming his role as the Mindshare Representative to the Fedora Council. So, let's put this weird half-state to rest and officially fully onboard Alberto as the representative. (Looking just at the facts, Alberto has always been a Council member since #363, but we never off-boarded him after he stated his intention to step back.)

Details

Due to the unique circumstances of this situation, I propose that we take a simple Council ticket vote and don't make it more complicated than that. There is not documentation or policy about what to do in a situation like this, but I think we should be flexible and write it off as something that got mishandled during peak pandemic years.

I would ask for a ticket vote from other Council members to officially reinstate @bt0dotninja's seat and add him back to the places where he is not already.

Outcome

@bt0dotninja is a full Council member and there is no more uncertainty about the Mindshare Representative seat on the Fedora Council.
