As noted in council-docs#157, the FPCA links to the wiki in a few places that docs.fedoraproject.org would be more important.
I prepared a merge request to make this updates. I'm opening this ticket for a Council vote. Since this is a trivial change, it does not require going through the Policy Change Policy. Absent a -1 by Thursday 10 November, I'll consider this approved.
