This is based on the video meeting we just had as a wrap-up for the Ambassadors' Revamp objective. We talked about the success of that objective, and identified the setup with two co-leads and a council sponsor as one of the key factors in that success.

That raises the question: should we update the Fedora Council Charter to recommend or require co-leads?
