Our trademark guidelines allow our marks to be used without special permission in a limited set of circumstances (provided the rules in each case are carefully followed), and also authorize the Fedora Council (previously, the Fedora Board) to grant permission to use the marks in other specific circumstances.

I know we have granted some such permissions in the past. I am not, however, aware of any single comprehensive list of these allowances. We should make a list. ('d like to collect what we have somewhere, and then reconcile that with Red Hat Legal's internal records, which should exist in most or all such cases since there is usually something to be signed.)
