Since you already have trademark usage permission, I don't think there's a need for the Council to re-authorize to update with an already-approved logo change.
Totally fine by me, I assumed better safe than sorry.
Particularly about the missing "TM" symbol in the logo.
Legal advised removing the TM and said moving forward it's not required.
Actually... you know what let me get confirmation in this usage we can go without the TM. I didn't think about the implication of having the TM on the Python logo next to it.
Agree with Ben since there is already Council permission for the use, just need Design to sign off and you're good to go. I also appreciate being better safe than sorry, so thanks for checking.
