The fedocal events for the Council meetings need to be updated.
For example, the next event says:

Others say it's 3pm Eastern. The video meeting says it's on #fedora-meeting-1 but then, in the text, it mentions that it's not on IRC, yet failing to say where it actually takes place.

Let's fix that.
@psabata I think I got them all. I left the location of the Subproject report as fedora-meeting-1 in order to keep the room reserved but updated the text to include the actual Jitsi URL and make the location a little more clear.
