Diversity team decided that we want to fund an outreachy internship for May 2018. This ticket is to request an allocation of $6500 for the same.
Diversity team also want to work with the appointed outreachy intern in parallel with the mentor to make sure that the Outreachy interns feel that they want to contribute to Fedora even beyond the internship.
+1 to the $6500.
I believe that Outreach should feel empowered to collaborate with any of our interns or project members to ensure they feel welcome, included and encouraged. You don't need council permission for that :)
