+ = Fedora Diversity & Inclusion Advisor

+ :page-aliases: diversity-inclusion:roles:council-advisor.adoc

This commit uses Antora page aliases to handle a redirect to the new
namespace. It redirects this page to the diversity-inclusion
component, the roles module, and the council-advisor.adoc page.

This is not tested. It may be the first time we are using page aliases
in a Fedora Docs page, not sure! If this does work as-is, this will be
worthwhile to document in the Fedora Docs docs.

My local build doesn't redirect: http://localhost:8080/council/diversity-advisor/ just gives me a page with the title "Fedora Diversity & Inclusion Advisor" and no additional content.

@bcotton This is expected unless you are building the entire Fedora Docs sites. The D&I docs are hosted in a different component:

Right. I was hoping it would just link to the right address with the page missing. Oh well. Modifying docs-fp-o to build against your fork looks good. I'll merge.
