It was discontinued in https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/1914.

https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/628 is the ticket for new artwork.
We can add the logo back when it's resolved.

I agree with the sentiment (although I am quite certain the original was meant to be tongue-in-cheek, such humor doesn't always translate well), but I'd like some artwork... the new artwork ticket looks like hasn't had activity in years?

Well… maybe. But we voted to drop the old badge back then, and I don't think we should block on new artwork appearing to make the same change here. Wrong artwork is worse than no artwork.
