I filed an issue on the infrastructure trac to get fedmsg messages in from secondary arch builds.

It doesn't actually block the progress of this badge which will automatically count secondary arch builds once we get them on the fedmsg bus.

In the criteria, I'd like to bump it up to 20000 builds (from 10000).

That's just so we can put another koji badge inbetween for having over 9000 builds ;)
