Closed: fixed 9 months ago by jonatoni. Opened a year ago by jonatoni.

Badge description : You attended a Fedora Women Day.

We want something like this badge to award it to people that will attend FWD and we have already this design for wallpaper and t-shirt and another one for stickers.

@sayanchowdhury this file to be pushed to website. Can you please update? Thank you

@sayanchowdhury Can you please change it, I added the year

The URL, name or description at https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/fedora-women-day-attendee does not say anything about the year. Why add the number?

@churchyard we will organize this event every year that's why we need the number. Yeah you are right that we need to update the name and description.

Do we need new badge for every year? If so, that's fine. It was not mentioned in the description, that's why I was confused.

In any case, I think the new design (with the number) needs another design approval.

yep, we need a new badge every year because it's a very good way to measure how many people attended, how many had a new FAS account etc.

@riecatnor can you review the new design please that we did at Flock?

Makes sense

artwork re-approved! Thanks all :)

I wanted to create a pull request with the changes to https://pagure.io/fedora-badges-assets but apparently the badge without the year is not even there. Confusing. @sayanchowdhury are you deploying without using that repo at all?

New name: Fedora Women Day 2017 attendee
New description: You attended the Fedora Women Day 2017.

Please, keep the old URL: https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/fedora-women-day-attendee

@churchyard nope, this is the commit. Did you push this new badge?

Weird. I honestly could not find it.

No I haven't push anything.

Okay I will delete the current pushed badge and creating a new badge adding the year context to it.

I have pushed the badge: https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/fedora-women-day-2017-attendee
and the rights to award the badge has been given to @jonatoni

@jonatoni I will delete the other badge soon so don't award the other badge to anybody.

@sayanchowdhury thanks a lot for the help

@sayanchowdhury It looks like the badge was tagged as "event" and "community", so it's showing up in the wrong category on badges.fp.o. Could you edit the tags in the SQL database and drop the "community" tag?

It looks like a duplicate of this badge was created. I filed a ticket to request deletion of the wrong badge, since the deletion script is broken.

@sayanchowdhury Did you see the comment above about the incorrect tags?

This has been fixed. The "community" tag has been removed.
