Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities: 1) What are those activities? PyCon India 2016 is a annual Python conference being held in Delhi this year. https://in.pycon.org/2016/
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans? users? sponsors?) PyCon India Attendees
3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?) To grow the Python community. Fedora ambassadors/contributors evangelize on how Fedora rigorously uses Python
4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?) Once a year
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console? by using a web interface?) QR Code, Badge award url
Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?
here's my first attempt at the design [[Image(ticket #468_attempt 1.png)]]

Should not break the Python Logo. How about we just use the same Python logo from [https://in.pycon.org/2016/images/logosm.png] in middle and the rest of the text and the dome beneath it?
[[Image(ticket #468_attempt 2.png)]] tried to reconfigure the design a bit but the dome didn't quite fit right so I did just the Python logo on the badge and got rid of the dome.

Looks good to me. If we can change the orange tinge to a bit darker shade.
Hi! I'd like to see the logo a little bit more centered so there is space between the top of the badge area and the logo. I think to achieve this you can make the year smaller, the logo just a tad bit smaller and center all that :) thanks!

I made the orange a little bit more on the brown side and scaled down everything in the middle a bit to allow for some breathing room for the rest of the design
Looks great! If somebody from the design team members can approve this then I can then push this badge.
We would like to see the PyCon India logo used in this https://in.pycon.org/2016/images/logolg.png and are trying to hunt down the SVG for that
@riecatnor, sounds great! If you're able to find that, I swap out the python on my design
I talked with one of the organizers. They don't have an SVG file but I got this one from them https://sayanchowdhury.fedorapeople.org/00_Pycon_2016_HR_LOGO.png. Will this work?
Thanks for that .png; I think that I was able to incorporate it in a way that worked alright. Here it is: [[Image(ticket #468_attempt 4.png)]]

Looks good to me.
This works! Thanks maryshak1996! Setting to approved
I see this event was held in September… seems like we're a little late to the party for this one. :( Sayan, is there a list or registry of Fedora contributors that we could still award this badge to? If we have a way to track who was at PyCon India, we can push this one up. Otherwise, it might be best to just wait for 2017 and update this badge concept next year.

@jflory7 i'll push this badge and give to the list of fedora contributors who attended last year. this year the theme is different so moving to 2017 would not look great.
