We reviewed all three badges in today planning meeting. 1. Use "Volunteer" instead of "Organizers" in badges.
How to allocate badges: 1. We can manually assign Speakers and Volunteer badges. 2. For attendee badge we can keep QR code page available AT different rooms, Fedora people can click on it and get respective badges.

For speaker badge keep '2015' inside badge area. See for reference -> https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/flisol-2015-speaker
For volunteer badge please make sure that '2015' is inside the area of the tag, you should try playing with sizing and composition of the logo and '2015'. See for reference -> https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/flisol-2015-organizer
For attendee badge the logo should take up most of the space, and the '2015' should be an accent. See for reference -> https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/flisol-2015-attendee https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/devconf-2015-attendee

FUDCon APAC is just 3weeks away now. I hope we will able to complete badge related stuff by that time :)

Do you think we can push these badges now and get it corrected later on? today is almost over so only 9 days are remaining to start FUDCon Pune 2015. Also, how is QR code for Attendee badge be generated?
I appreciate the urgency to get this badge pushed out. However, instead of publishing badges that do not fit the style guide I think the solution here is to ask some one else to finish up the design work if jurankdankkal is unavailable.
This would be a great way for someone to earn some Badge Artist badges, all the artists who work on a badge get credit :)
I'd rather not override the design team on this.
Creating the qrcode is easy. Once the badge is created, I authorized pravins and pnemade to have rights to generate qrcodes for it. Then, there is simply a link in the web interface for you. You click it, and get a png that you can then print out or embed on a flyer, etc..

How to award speaker badges? I don't see admin interface to https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/fudcon-pune-2015-speaker badge.
Also, in badges.rst SOP its not mentioned whether invitation expiration time to be given is in UTC or any other timezone. Can this information be added there or in the admin interface itself?
Oh, I must've forgotten to add authorizations to the speaker badge. It is done now. Both of you should be able to see the admin options now.
