What the badge should be granted for: attending Fedora release readiness meeting as an active participant (Alpha, Beta, Final)
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): Something like "Ship it! We're ready for the another awesome release."
Anything else we need to know: could be granted manually, I can prepare the list or automatically if possible when someone writes 1+ lines during the meeting (Meetbot is present)/chair (I'll make sure participant get chair).
Credits for the idea: robyduck
The badge should be granted manually, not just for saying "hello". The goal of this idea was to avoid that Jaroslav has to check the status of the single teams offline. So I'd say, it should be granted manually to those who represent their team during the readiness meeting.

jreznik's account has been authorized to award the badge directly. jreznik, please contact me if you have any issues using the web interface to do this.
as a PgM who is now responsible for Readiness meetings, I would like to request the permission to grant this Badge. Can you please give me the permission for it ?
As a current "owner" of the badge, I approve Jan's request to award this badge for future readiness meetings.
Done! jkurik, you should be all set with permissions on: https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/readiness
