What the badge should be granted for: working on specific number of bugs till date.
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"): There are many tools using which we can calculate till date on how many bugs a person has worked on and then we can design a series of badges which will show - a mark of 50 crossed - a mark of 100 crossed - a mark of 1000 crossed
Anything else we need to know: - some character with a big fly swatter hitting bugs around him - maybe as you close more bugs you're weapon gets better
Dont forget bugs closed via Fedora-updates-system.
