With the lighter background there is not need of a shape around "Managua", just make text bigger and fix the share around Fudcon Logo

I would like to see the logo moved to the left a little bit, the text seems close to the edge of the badge on the bottom right. If you want to use a stroke on the text, try making it thicker.. Right now it looks a little fuzzy

I move the Fudcon logo more to the left (now look more center in the badge) and make a shape to "Managua" with the same color of text so now it look more clear.
Would be better also to having a badge for speakers?, IMHO all the Fedora events have attendees and speakers and these are different roles.

I don´t know why Fudcon don´t have a Speaker Badges, I can propose a Speaker Badge for Fudcon Managua, today we have meeting in Latam, we can vote if we like to propose a Speaker Badge, yn1v can ask with Famsco. but by the way a Fudcon is a premier event, so Attender and Speaker Badge can be nice, is Fudcon Managua have both Badges in coming event can propose both
