Investigate possibility of addition of "Container packager" group similar to "RPM packagers" group, but only interested in the apps/container side of things. Or alternatively if current packager group is good enough, extend the packager documentation to not only cover the RPM side of the things. So it is obvious as way to get involved/contribute in the containers. Like: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group
+1 on having a "container packager" group; should we discuss this with fesco or fpc?
@pingou, will src.fp.o support having a "container packager" group, with only access to the container namespace ?
This should be raised to Fesco as they are the proper instance. Personally, I am not convinced we need another group, especially as of now, RPM and containers are tied in Fedora.
In the end, the solution may be to make someone from the sig sponsor.
Easy: https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/tree/roles/distgit/pagure/templates/pagure.cfg#n293
Nice :). I ll open a fesco ticket then.
