To be a bit more inclusive, I would like to see if we can let people add the pronouns that should be used to address them. This feature was added on the RH directoy, and it was decided to be a free form field, which is both a curse and a blessing. A blessing because people are not constrained (and this avoid discussion around what is valid and what is not valid), and a curse because folks have been using that to push borderline content (such as "I identify as a apache helicopter").

I did some research around, and Google do also have the same concept, but they have a hardcoded set of pronouns (that I couldn't get yet).
